FAQ

QR code won't scan?

Check if the error correction level is sufficient. Lower error correction creates denser QR codes which may affect scanning. We recommend using M or H level.

How to generate colored QR codes?

Use the color settings to select foreground and background colors separately. Note: Higher contrast between foreground and background colors improves scanning success rate.

How much content is supported?

QR code capacity depends on error correction level and size. Text content is recommended to stay under 500 characters, and URLs under 200 characters.
